Walk in, or book online to avoid the wait. You pay CHF 150.

  4. 04

    Receive your licence

By post, within 2 to 3 working days. You can drive anywhere in Switzerland and Europe.

Gone past 12 months?

You can no longer drive legally in Switzerland, but you can still apply for the exchange. Depending on your country of origin, the OCV may require a check drive or a theory test. Don't let it drag: do it in the first few months.
